Refund Policy

  • No refunds for reason of weather, sickness or if you shorten your stay after arrival
  • No refunds for guests not arriving on expected dates
  • No refund for cancellation of group booking
  • $30 booking fee applies to all cancelled reservations
  • Refunds will be by cheque only at end of each calendar month
  • Reservations require 30 days notice of cancellation for a refund minus booking fee, otherwise deposit is forfeited altogether unless we are able to rebook the accommodation
